Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote regions in Asia and other areas may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your footwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

• Item must be unused and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original proof of purchase required
• Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• Items must be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Sandals showing signs of wear or that have been tried on outdoors
• Slip-on shoes showing signs of wear or that have been tried on outdoors

Return/Exchange Process

1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange within 15 days of delivery.
2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at:

5. Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Amount Refunded: You will receive a refund for the purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage/defect. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
