Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in original packaging
Return/Exchange Process

- Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.

Refund Information
Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Amount Refunded: You will receive a refund for the purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
