Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and makes future checkouts faster.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your shoes to you as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 business days after dispatch with full tracking.
  2. Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, processed in 1-2 business days, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after dispatch.
All orders are shipped from our North Beach, US headquarters.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally, excluding some Asian and remote regions. International delivery times may vary slightly based on destination. Please note that customs fees may apply in some countries (these are not included in your order total).
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer no-hassle returns within 15 days of delivery if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
